Cancellation and refunds
The Conference Management must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.
Cancellation on or before 1 January 2012: payment will be refunded afther the conference minus an administration fee of 15%.
Cancellation on or before 15 February 2012: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 30%.
For cancellations made after 15 February 2012 no refunds will be made.
Refunds will be made after the conference. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will also be deducted.
Any changes or cancellations regarding registration fees, should be made in writing to the Conference Management.
